A Comiss\u00e3o Diocesana entendeu por bem apadrinhar este projecto na sequ\u00eancia do documento “Aqua Fons Vitae s\u00edmbolo do grito dos pobres e do grito da terra” do Dicast\u00e9rio para o Servi\u00e7o do Desenvolvimento Humano Integral.  <\/p>\n
