Oportunamente os Secretariados Diocesanos receber\u00e3o a respectiva informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Cada delega\u00e7\u00e3o nacional estar\u00e1 limitada a seis pessoas. O tema do Congresso \u00e9: \u201cOs jovens ciganos na Igreja e na sociedade\u201d.
